www.meddey.com, (hereinafter referred as "the Website"), which are owned and operated by Meddey Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm"), a company incorporate under Companies Act 2013, and having its office at D1, 116, First Floor, Green Park, New Delhi, India, 110016, where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assignees.
Please note the below points w.r.t. shipping:
- The term 'You' & 'User' shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this Website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- The terms 'We', 'Us', 'Our' shall mean the Website and/or the Firm, as the context so requires.
- The term 'Services' shall mean the services, including but not limited to, of selling medical products/devices and web-based remote interaction between patients and healthcare professionals through the Website.
- The terms 'Party' & 'Parties' shall respectively be used to refer to the User, affiliates, vendors (product providers & HCPs) and the Firm individually and collectively, as the context so requires.
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only.
- In most cases, your order shall be dispatched within 24-48 hours or within the time frame mentioned on the description of the product or as per the delivery dispatch date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to the courier company norms. You agree and understand that, the Website is not in any way liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company.
- Shipping times for Pre-paid orders may be faster as these are shipped with priority. We encourage our customers to pre-pay using any online mode like Credit card, Debit card, net-banking, wallet, UPI or via a payment link.
- In case of "Cash-on-Delivery" orders, customers may get an additional order verification call before the order is shipped. In case of non-contractability of customers with multiple call attempts, such orders may be put on hold and may not be shipped.
- Any delay or damage caused to the products while on transit is solely the liability of the courier company and the Website, shall not in any way be a part of the liability.
- We shall not give any refund, returns, replacement and exchange for reason/s of delay caused on part of the carrier company. However, at our sole discretion, we could agree to provide order credit which may be used for future orders. - The Website, shall clearly mention the cost of delivery, if any, in the product description. For any clarification, please send us your queries at [email protected] mentioning your order id or contact us at our helpline 85 86 012345. We, normally, shall revert back to you within 72 hours.
- No deliveries are made on Saturdays & Sundays in most cities where 5 days work culture prevails. Also on festivals courier companies have holidays and as a result of which there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from city to city based on your locality.
- To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted or provide us with an address that could be delivered to during working hours.
- Once an address is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated immediately on placing the order. If the order is not dispatched, then we can possibly accommodate the change but once the order is dispatched, then no alteration could possibly be made.
- Please note that there are no shipments made from us on Sundays and public holidays.
